Laila Samuelsen also known as Laila Samuels (born September 3, 1976) is a Norwegian songwriter, lyricist and artist. She was born and raised in Oslo, where she lived with her parents and two older sisters. Her mother was a jazz singer, one sister plays the saxophone and is a conductor and three of her uncles are composers / musicians. Her grandparents on both sides have played piano / guitar / accordion.
